Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4) is an inorganic salt comprising magnesium, Sulphur and oxygen, commonly known as Epsom salt in its hydrated form (MgSO4.7H2O). It is a white, crystalline solid. It is also extensively used as a fertilizer to boost plant growth and as a soothing bath soak.
