Return Eligibility

You have the right to request a return or cancellation within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the products meet the return conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

• The products have not been contaminated, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

• The products comply with applicable transportation and safety regulations for return shipment.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of industrial and specialty chemicals, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized, special-order, or made-to-specification products.

• Chemicals blended, formulated, or packaged according to customer requirements.

• Products with damaged, opened, or tampered packaging.

• Products that are hazardous, regulated, or restricted for transportation after delivery.

• Perishable products or products with limited shelf life.

• Products that have been mixed, diluted, processed, or used after delivery.

• Products not suitable for return due to safety, health, environmental, or regulatory reasons.

Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Indorex Chemicals reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on product condition, regulatory requirements, and compliance with this policy.

Refund Policy

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and other service charges may not be refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs, risks, and arrangements associated with returning products.

We strongly recommend using a reliable, insured, and trackable shipping service. Indorex Chemicals is not responsible for products damaged, delayed, or lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive damaged products, defective materials, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including photographs and supporting documentation.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Indorex Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, storage, transportation, or resale of any products supplied.
